Colm Bourke is a 22 year old athlete from Grange, Co.Sligo who specialises in the Long Jump. Colm has won national titles ranging from schools, u-23 and Inter varsity level.
His most recent achievements are attaining silver medals at the national senior championships both in Ireland and Scotland. His aspirations are to break the 8m barrier and represent his country at European and World level.

Billy Dolan is national champion at 67 kg.
He won the National champion belt in the full contact division. He trains from Sligo Kickboxing club ‘Sligo Mugendo’.

Ruth is currant -60kgs European kickboxing champion , she will represent Ireland at the World championships in Jesolo , Italy later this year.

JOHN TRAVERS
My name is John Travers and I am an Irish International athlete. I compete mainly on the track and road but also run a small bit of cross country. I am quite a versatile athlete as I can go up and down the distance and still be able to compete at a high level. Earlier this year i became the first Irish man ever to break 4minutes for the mile indoors on Irish soil. I will be aiming to qualify for the 2020 Olympic games in Tokyo.
