Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ROM Sligo, we strive to offer flexible and fair policies that support our members’ needs while maintaining the integrity of our services. Please read the following terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and class bookings:

Memberships
  • All gym memberships (monthly, 3-month, and annual) are non-refundable once activated.

  • If you experience a medical condition or exceptional circumstance, please contact us directly and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

  • Memberships cannot be paused or extended unless previously agreed in writing.

Class Bookings
  • Members can cancel group class bookings through the ROM Sligo app.

  • We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time, to allow others on the waiting list a chance to attend.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in a temporary restriction from class bookings.

Training Programs
  • Training programs (such as our 3-month online coaching plans) are non-refundable once the plan has been delivered.

  • These programs are sold separately and do not include general gym access unless stated.

Merchandise & Retail Products
  • Items purchased at the gym (e.g., clothing, accessories) can be returned within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected.
