Freeze Policy

Membership Freeze Policy

Members may freeze their membership in accordance with the following terms:

• Minimum freeze duration: 1 month

Freezes must be taken in blocks of at least one full month.

• Maximum freezes: 3 per calendar year

A member may place their membership on freeze up to three times within a 12-month period.

• Early return fee: €20

If a member chooses to reactivate their membership earlier than the agreed freeze end date, a €20 early return fee will apply.

• Notice period

Freeze requests must be submitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.

During the freeze period, membership access is temporarily paused and no training is permitted until the membership is reactivated.
